BUGIC FOUNDATION LAUNCH

On Saturday 14th January 2023 we were so excited to launch our new cancer foundation, BUGIC, which stands for Battle Upper GI Cancer. With most of our family and friends from all parts of Australia and overseas, we had an amazing day which was full of fun, laughter and emotion. As part of the day we provided t-shirts, stubby holders and our new children’s book, Billy’s Battle, to start the ball rolling to spread much more needed awareness. Our cancer characters Billy (Biliary), Pamela (Pancreatic), Liv (Liver), Ollie (Oesophageal) and Simon (Stomach) came life and seemed to be quite a hit with both the adults and the kids.

Special thanks go to Mark (Tyler Tipping & Woods), Greg /Michael (Future Advisory), Craig (Trackon Promotional), Stephen (SJP Design) and Aaron (Website man) for making all this become a reality.

Most of all thank you to my wife Debra for taking an idea I had 2+ years ago, sharing it with our children and then for them to run with it and make it possible to create what we have so far. More to come that’s for sure.
